Megan Thee Stallion Shoots Down False 1501 Lawsuit Report

Megan Thee Stallion responded to reports that she lost her legal battle against Carl Crawford and her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment.
Megan sued the company for $1 million months back. She says her albums Something for Thee Hotties and Traumazine have fulfilled their contractual obligations, but the label won’t release them.
“No judge has ruled anything on this 1501 case, this information is incorrect,” she tweeted. “The court date for this is not even before DECEMBER 12 … we have NOT gone to court and have not received summary judgment. Please stop spreading misinformation, thank you.”
Meg also questioned why everyone is so “so hyped for negative news” before sharing documentation to back up her claims.
“Not that the truth ever matters to the people who hate me for online engagements 🤷🏽♀️,” she tweeted, “but Notice of VOID thanks the COURT for clarifying an error.”
1501 doesn’t want to let Megan go. Most likely because she is their most successful artist.
