And the chic hangout has unveiled exciting plans for a new location just off Glasgow’s George Square.

With plenty of space for members to socialize – the new club features a variety of bars and restaurants over four floors, including a rooftop terrace.

Soho House boss Andrew Carnie said: “From its renowned art school to its rich architectural heritage and the city’s vibrant music scene, Glasgow has a creative energy that makes it an exciting choice for our first location in Scotland.”

“Over the last year we have built a diverse and creative membership community in Glasgow with Cities Without Houses and we can now confirm that we are bringing a Soho House to the city.”

“The warm response we have received so far fills us with great humility.”

The global private club was founded in 1995 in Soho, London.

Sione has already launched the glamorous hangout in several other locations including New York, Hong Kong and Berlin.

The club will host an intimate dinner tonight to celebrate the visit to the city.

Members from Glasgow, Edinburgh and the local creative community gather on the roof of The Schoolhouse building in south Glasgow.

The opening of the venue is planned for next year.
