Milania Giudice claims she lost 40 pounds in middle school

The RHONJ star says her family’s comments about her weight led to the massive change

While we’re talking about Teresas Namaste bitches podcast, The 17-year-old once spoke on the show about why she decided to lose weight.

“I was a lot fatter…I was a pumpkin,” Milania said. “One day it hit me. I thought, ‘This is it.’ I really felt like I was suffocating in my own body.
Milania also mentioned that she asked her mom to get her a nutritionist, “and she did,” Milania said.

“I ate three meals a day — they were literally the healthiest meals, I would never eat the meals I ate,” she continued. “I woke up before school and worked out [for] 30 minutes … and then I would train again after school.”
She also claimed to have “lost 50 pounds” in a matter of months – which her mum questioned.
“I weighed so much. My heaviest weight was around 150 and when I finished I was around 110,” added Milania. “After that, I was so skinny I was literally a stick…but I felt good. And then I put it back on.”

Milania noted that it was her family that pushed her to lose weight after making comments about her weight or her eating habits.
“[Teresa] would never say anything [bad] to me, but she’d be like, ‘Oh, do you want another ice cream?'” she explained. “I’d say, ‘I don’t care if I’m fat, I’m fat.'” .. If I have another ice cream, I’ll have another ice cream!'”
However, Teresa noted that she never tried to give her daughter “a complex.”
“I thought she was adorable, she was just a bit fatter,” she added.
However, Milania’s sisters would be harsher about her.
“They used to give me little taunts,” Milania said. “But it was fine. It was whatever. When I was in elementary school it was cute. But then when I got into middle school, [my body] started not looking right.
Teresa reminded her that she was always “enchanting” towards her.
