A dramatic video shows how masked thugs open fire on a property in the city on Saturday night under the guise of darkness.

After firing several bullets, members of the group are seen retreating to the perceived safety of their getaway vehicle.

Reports say they may have been spotted by someone, which put them off.

The driver of the engine can be heard revving the engine hastily as the stragglers climb into the car while one of them yells “Go, go, go!”

The guys speed down the street – but they barely make it 1,600 feet when their vehicle turns into a fireball.

The video shows the getaway car carrying the assassins horribly exploding, while the grenade, which was not discarded, reportedly exploded.

The house attacked shook violently when the blast was heard, reportedly killing four of the gunmen instantly.

Local media claimed the other two were seriously injured after the gang made a fatal mistake.

However, Gustavo Jávita of La Concordia Police pointed out that no casualties had been reported after the grenade accident.

He said police conducted investigations at health centers in La Concordia and Santo Domingo but could not find any of the suspects.

Jávita told El Universo: “There are small health centers in La Concordia.

“We investigated whether there were any injuries in this event, but had no results.”

He added that there were no reports to authorities from the homeowners whose property was attacked.

It remains unclear why the gunmen targeted the house.
