More Pennsylvania Election Follies – WSJ

There’s good and bad voting news in Pennsylvania, the new Florida, when it comes to electoral rules and vote counting – which may be unfair to Florida.

The good news is that Governor Tom Wolf signed a ban on private voting funds last week. The largest check ($19.2 million) went to New York City, which would be a waste in any conspiracy to help Joe Biden. GOP-heavy states like Mississippi also received Zuckerbucks, including counties that voted 61% for President Trump.
