Mum slices off her ex-boyfriend’s penis while ‘defending herself with a knife when he tried to rape her’

A mother reportedly cut off her ex-partner’s penis with a knife in defense after he tried to rape her in Italy.

The former couple had been fighting over custody of their daughter in Marghera, Venice, on Saturday when the dispute took a serious turn.

The couple, both foreigners living in Italy, are said to have been living apart for some time.

But they had made an appointment at the woman’s home to reach an agreement on the “management” of her child.

The man reportedly suggested they could “make peace” through sex, leading to a heated argument.

After she allegedly rejected his proposal, the father is said to have pressed her half-naked against a piece of furniture.

The devastated mother reportedly grabbed a knife to defend herself before slashing his penis open with the blade.

During the incident, the man’s genitals were chopped off, after which police and paramedics rushed to the scene.

The woman was also reportedly injured in the altercation la Republica.

The couple were both taken to the hospital, where urologists rushed to reattach the man’s penis.

Reconstructive surgery at Angelo Hospital in Mestre is said to have been a success as doctors managed to restore his manhood.
