Rat (@tyenrasif) revealed her workout routine in a video shared with over 70,000 TikTok followers.

The fitness influencer lay on her couch until a friend kicked her in the numbers by throwing a pillow at her for motivation.

Off the couch, the influencer proudly shares a device-free workout with avid followers.

Wearing a black sports bra and pink leggings, she used the edge of the couch to do 10 triceps dips, making sure her butt was close to the floor.

She continues with 15 V sit-ups, “sitting” on the couch with her feet a few inches off the floor, and pulling them in for a crunch.

Next, she does boat pose for one minute, sitting with her arms outstretched in a V bend for 60 seconds.

Tyen does squats by sitting on the couch and standing up quickly, making sure to incorporate her glutes.

Last but not least, she does a side plank using a bench to balance her arms, with 30 seconds on the right and left.
