In a clip shared on TikTok (@marriedfools), she begins, “I had a BBL and I 100% regret it.”
“I’ve had quite drastic complications and now I have long-term side effects.”
“It was honestly the worst pain I’ve ever had and it took me a very, very long time to recover.”
Tiffany goes on to explain that she had a really flat butt and was fine with that, but then started dating a guy who had a lot of money.
After finding out his ex had a BBL and feeling very insecure about her flat butt, she asked him to buy her one.
However, it ended in complete disaster…

“Within a week I made the appointment and was done,” Tiffany recalls.
“That was obviously my first mistake because I didn’t really read up on the doctor… I didn’t really think about it.”
“It was just a spontaneous decision when I was having a moment of really low self-esteem…”
Speaking of the aftermath of the surgery, Tiffany continues, “I was in so much pain that I was bowled over by painkillers…I put ice packs on and fell asleep with them on.”
“In the end my skin died, which was basically like a 1/3 degree burn.
“I had to take off my compression suit and go to the hospital every day and have my skin scraped like I was burned.”
“They were honestly just trying to save my tissue because it was turning black and dying…
“It was during that time that I kind of realized I should just see my own beauty…
“I’ve been fine … I now have two scars that turn red when I get too hot — one resembles a mosquito bite and the other resembles Florida’s.”
“Also, when I run, I can feel the fat hitting my body…”
The video has since gone viral, garnering a whopping 587,000 views and multiple comments, leaving many horrified by Tiffany’s story.
“I just had a tummy tuck, lipo and arm lift on Thursday. This pain is no joke,” one wrote.
A second wrote: “Thanks for sharing.”
A third warned: “Just be careful…I was dying to do it but I’ve heard it’s the most dangerous procedure. You look great though.”
Meanwhile, a fourth added: “Oh maaaaan no to the ice packs! Your results will look nice and natural though. I had bruises up to my calves, that’s pretty normal.”
