A BEAUTY expert has shared her top four skin care tips to prevent wrinkles.

From the way you remove your makeup to the way you sleep, many factors can contribute to visible signs of aging.

In her videotapesTikTok user Jen (@jen.clothes) revealed her affordable anti-aging tips.

For her first piece of advice, TikToker advises her followers to prioritize a full night’s sleep.

“I always recommend at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night,” she explains.

Next, Jen discusses the benefits of sleeping on a silk pillowcase every night.

“Cotton pillowcases absorb more moisture, silk pillowcases won’t do that,” she told viewers.

Jen explained to the audience that silk is “much better for your skin”.

The skincare enthusiast also mentioned the best way to remove your makeup.

“Never use makeup remover wipes,” Jen warns her followers.

She continued: “Try to avoid rubbing your skin by all means, especially around the delicate eye area.”

Jen revealed she uses a foaming gel cleanser to remove makeup from her face.

For her final tip, Jen went into more detail on how to best remove eye makeup.

She told the audience: “For me, I always remove eye makeup first.

“I use separate eye makeup remover pads to remove lots of stubborn makeup like waterproof mascara,” explains Jen.
