My husband never believed Pilates was a good workout – until I showed him my body transformation after three months

One gym girl said her body completely changed thanks to a change in her workout schedule.

She introduced Pilates, and now even her reluctant husband is finally seeing the benefits of this type of gentle exercise.

Taylor Vertigo (@taylorswindlebailey) said that although “all of America,” including her own husband, believes that high-intensity interval training is “the only way to train,” she said Pilates yielded better results.

In the Videoshe began, “Okay, my husband still says Pilates isn’t working.”

To prove him wrong, she showed an old photo of her corpse from January.

She wore a bikini and showed off her medium stature so that her ample hips and big belly could be seen.

“I do F45 four to five days a week. So heavy lifting and cardio,” she said of the global HIIT company.

Her husband merely nodded in response.

However, when the frame changed, she revealed what she looked like now.

Her stomach was suddenly flat and taut, her hips slimmer, and her legs lean and toned.

“That’s three months of doing Pilates. Obviously I still lost some weight, but I really think I lost weight because I stopped doing high intensities.”

After asking her husband if he saw any change in the photos, he nodded guiltily.

“So can you stop saying Pilates doesn’t do anything?” she asked, to which he agreed and replied, “Pilates gets the bodies.”

Reinforcing her point, she said: “The body you saw prior to this photo was impacted with high intensity for a year and a half. This second is three months of Pilates.”

Her caption aimed to silence the naysayers.

“All: ‘Pilates doesn’t work.’ My body: ‘Say less.’”

On a weight loss journey, Taylor said three months of Pilates did more for her body than over a year of HIIT
