At her training VideoYouTuber Sophie (@TRAINWITHGAINSBYBRAINS) focused on efficiency and effectiveness.

As a personal trainer, she knows how difficult it is to stay motivated during a long training program.

So instead of creating a workout that lasts over an hour, she put together a six-minute workout for a “killer six-pack.”

The routine was “super intense,” with no equipment or rest time.

Sophie started with her back on the mat and her feet on the floor.

For 30 seconds, the fitness enthusiast did as many swimming exercises as possible while making sure to engage her stomach.

Next, she did one-legged crunches on the bike with her right arm and left leg.

After 30 seconds she switched to the other side.

Sophie transitioned into side crunches, stretching and lifting her legs.

Again, she did as many reps as she could before the 30-second timer ran out.

A stacker truck and a high bicycle followed.

To work the lower abdomen, Sophie began with toe touches and then alternate toe touches.

She engaged her entire body in cocoon reps, swinging her arms around and in to meet her knees in the middle.

Next came a series of leg raises. She did regular exercises and ended up adding hip raises for the next set.

At the end of the workout, Sophie did leg circles for 60 seconds.

Devoted fans shared their experiences after trying Sophie’s intense abs routine.

“My abs hurt so much doing this exercise. I didn’t make it.

Another follower agreed: “That was intense. I literally felt like my abs were going to tear apart. But I got over it!”
