A cookbook author shared her simple and easy chicken bleu recipe.
She said not only was it delicious, but it only took 20 minutes to whip up.

She says, “If you love Chinese herbal chicken stew but need an easy recipe for the week, you’ll love my pan-fried chicken stew, which requires no rolling, no breading, and super quick. .
She buttered the pan, sprinkled flour over the thin chicken cutlets, fried each side until golden brown for a few minutes, then removed to cool.
For the sauce, she quickly combines 2/3 cup chicken broth, 1/2 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon flour.
She poured the sauce over the pan, kept the heat low, and then returned the chicken to the pan.
She coats the chicken with some ham, a slice of Swiss cheese, and some parsley after the cheese has melted.
The chef even provides a nutritional breakdown of the recipe, which reaches 258 calories, 37 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbs and 10 grams of fat per serving.
