Kelli (@kraftikellii) is a crafty cook in her kitchen on low energy and high energy days.

For a sleepy morning, she posted a videotapes to show one of her favorite quick meals to make.

“The lazy girl eats breakfast with 100 calories,” her caption read.

She starts by heating olive oil in a pan on the stove.

Next, Kelli filled a small box with a quarter of his egg whites.

When the pan was hot, she poured the egg whites over and sprinkled black pepper on top.

It doesn’t matter if the egg stays together or not. Kelli broke it down as if she were creating a scramble style.

Next, she fried the ham slices until they were golden brown on both sides.

Kelli took a 50-calorie keto diet hamburger and baked it.

She wrapped the sandwich, garnished it with parsley.

An option to add a slice of Velveeta cheese has been provided and will only increase the calories by 35.

Take a bite and Kelli is satisfied.

Kelli’s followers were skeptical of her creation and suspected the total calorie count was so low.

“There’s no way it’s 100 calories,” commented one reviewer.

One scathing individual wrote: “I’m sorry, but that egg looks sad.”

One appreciative woman commented, “Thank you, I’ve been trying to find something filling without too many calories.”

“So clever,” agreed another viewer.
