My lazy girl healthy meals are weight-loss friendly and take 5 minutes – I don’t have time for those Pinterest recipes

A FITNESS influencer shared a list of healthy meals that helped her lose weight.
She said they took less than five minutes to prepare.
Molly (@molsinspire) shared the recipe in a video that has more than 140,000 followers on TikTok.
“These are the meals that work for me, last less than 5 minutes, are weight-loss-friendly, calorie-friendly, and high-protein,” she says.
“While the meals on Pinterest still look great, I don’t have time to spare and neither can you.”
First as a breakfast staple: “Greek yogurt, half a scoop of protein powder, I like to add fresh or frozen fruit with some hemp seeds for a little extra flavor,” she says.
For lunch, a simple, rich, and high-protein salad did the trick.
“My three favorite sources of lean protein are chicken breast, salmon, and ground turkey,” she says.
The fitness influencer explains that meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated.
“I always have these in the fridge, it takes me 45 minutes to make them all at once,” she says.
“I preheat the oven to 400 and cook the salmon and chicken breast at the same time, while doing that, I cook ground turkey on the stove,” she explains.
“While I’m doing that too, I have a rice machine that comes with rice,” she added.
“Those are always, always in my fridge.”
“I want to have the basis of things and then I can combine them whenever and however I want.”
She explains: “When I first lost weight, I was exhausted from trying to over prepare meals.
“I’ve learned that just having the base in the fridge is enough and I’ll add other things to spice it up as I make it into a meal.”
People took to the comments section to share their thoughts on her tips.
“The stuff I love,” one person commented.
