Wellness professional Simone (@simone_stocks) prioritizes mental and physical health.

In one TikTok videoShe highlighted how difficult it can be to get out of bed and exercise, so she shared some alternatives.

The workouts can be done directly from bed and in pajamas or other comfortable clothing.

“Welcome to pajama training, because putting on workout clothes seems like too much for the task. Join us,” she said.

She then began her first exercise, which was single-leg glute bridges, followed by marching glute bridges.

“This workout is great when your mental health is at rock bottom. “You want to move your body a little bit, but you don’t really want to get out of bed,” she admitted.

In addition, her method is also great for people who want to have a recovery day with light movements, she said.

After glute bridges, she did dead bugs, supermans, and some prone lat pulldowns.

It was the right mix of upper body, lower body and core work.

“All of these movements can be modified to make them easier or more difficult depending on what your body needs,” she said.

Towards the end of the video, she introduced some Pilates moves, including seated leg raises, hollow holds for her abs, and planks.

Many people appreciated Simone’s fitness alternatives.

“I do this and sometimes put a sports bra on over my sleep shirt because I’m too lazy to change,” one viewer commented.

Another agreed: “Britney Spears always works out in her pajama shorts. I always felt good about it.”

“As a personal trainer, I love this! Even I have days where I don’t want to go to the gym and this is a great alternative!” one fan praised.
