The two finalists were presented with an abominable menu, including dishes like fermented eggs and mouse tails.
Myleene and Jordan were cheered on by their former All-Star roommates as they choked and gulped through the grueling task.
But it was Myleene who triumphed – she barely flinched as she was confronted with every single piece of disgusting food.
Her former roommate, Janice Dicknson, looked on in amazement and even declared, “She’s in it to win!”
Myleene beat Jordan by eating the most – and was then crowned All-Stars Champion before earning a South African crown.
She said: “I’m so made up I can’t believe it! I never dared to dream that this would happen.”
Myleene said she felt announcing the winner was “the icing on the cake,” but added, “I underestimated it – it feels great!”
Fans also applauded the way the winner of the taped series was determined as there was no public voting.

Myleene’s victory drops back to 17th place after making headlines for wearing a white bikini on her first stint in the jungle.
The classical musician is now famous for the iconic waterfall moment, which happened when she was 27 years old.
Speaking on the South African series last month, Myleene said: “The first time I acted on I’m A Celebrity was in 2006 and that was ages ago.”
“You may know me for a white bikini. I spent $40 on it and when it came out I auctioned it for £7,500.”
Myleene, who has three children, donated the proceeds from the sale of her white bikini to charity.
