Netflix is adding 16 new movies and series this week (May 21, 2023).

May may be almost over, but Netflix is still adding some new movies and series to its schedule this week. New additions include a new documentary series, a new action-adventure TV series, and a new cook-off show.
First is MerPeople. The documentary series follows people who make a living by posing as mermaids and performing in different places around the world. And financially they don’t exactly have problems. People took their passion for swimming and quickly turned it into a half-billion dollar business.
The series will be released on Netflix on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.

Fancy an adventure? FUBAR comes to Netflix on Thursday, May 25. The series stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Adam Pally, Monica Barbaro, Fabiana Udenio, Travis Van Winkle and Fortune Feimster.
MerPeople and FUBAR are coming to Netflix this week
It’s about a CIA agent nearing retirement when he discovers a family secret and is called back into the field on one last assignment. At Schwarzenegger, you know there’s going to be plenty of action!

More interested in grilling? Season 2 of Barbecue showdown comes to Netflix on Friday, May 26th. This season of the show is hosted by Michelle Buteau The circle. It features eight new Pitmasters and backyard grilling experts who are ready to compete to see who cooks the best barbecue in the country.
