Next in Fashion Season 2 Release Date, Trailer, Synopsis and More

Like so many fashion trends that just won’t die, Next in fashion comes back from the grave for a new season on Netflix. The reality series hosted by strange eyeTan France and designer Alexa Chung previously premiered in 2020 before Netflix quickly canceled it after just one season. But less than a year later, the streamer decided to revive the show, this time with a new co-host.

Ideal for fans of Project Catwalk and make the cut, Next in fashion challenges 12 aspiring designers to create fun, stylish designs as they compete for a $200,000 prize and a chance to share their creations with the world. In Season 1, designers competed to present a collection at luxury retailer Net-a-Porter. Netflix hasn’t said if Net-a-Porter is also involved in Season 2.

In addition to the hosts, each episode of Next in fashion features a few guest judges. We don’t yet know who will be returning to judge the various challenges in Season 2, but Season 1 starred Tommy Hilfiger, Eva Chen, Phillip Lim, Adriana Lima, and more.

Next in Fashion Season 2 is recruiting a new co-host

In Season 1, Tan France and Alexa Chung co-hosted the series, but in Season 2, style icon and supermodel Gigi Hadid has enlisted to take over Chung.
