NFL fans react to news of Aaron Rodgers skipping brothers wedding

Green Bay Packers defender Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have the best relationship with his family. So much so that the current NFL MVP decided to skip his brother’s wedding.

Jordan is married to Bachelorette partner JoJo Fletcher, but the Packers star has no longer appeared, despite receiving an invitation.

When it was reported that Rodgers was not attending his younger brother’s wedding, many fans gave their thoughts on it. A person named Alex Johnson replied to a Tweet from Total Pro Sportsspeak:

“People act like you’re not allowed to be at odds with family. It happens. If someone gets me wrong, I cut them out of my life whether they’re family or not. “

@TotalProSports @HoopMixOnly People act like you’re not allowed to be disappointed with your family. Damn happens. If someone misbehaves me, I will cut off their life whether they are family or not.

Another user named Cory posted a GIF in response saying: And? The tweet hinted that it wasn’t a big deal for the Packers star to miss his brother’s wedding.

A fan named Duane said that a lot of people are of no use to their families and everyone just keep going.

@TotalProSports Why does anyone care? … Many people do not have value for their families. Continue

Someone named Jake echoed the same thought and wrote that a lot of people hate their families.

A Tweeter named Nicole said that the midfielder sounded like a badass for not attending his brother’s wedding.

@AaronRodgers12 You seem like a terrible human being. Who doesn’t go to their brother’s wedding.

A Twitter account posted a GIF with Family Guy character Peter Griffin saying “Oh my, who cares.” Another suggested that the whole matter was not believable.

A fan named Beth says she hopes Rodgers and his brother will reconcile one day with the rest of his family.

@ESPNMilwaukee @DiscountLiqMilw @espnhomer @ AnalystTSmith34 Aaron Rodgers was not present at the wedding. I hope one day he and Jordan will reconcile as well as he is with the rest of the family. There are reports that he and Jordan are talking for a bit. Such information has been provided to @Everyone at the end of January by Aaron’s camp. Don’t know if it’s true.

A user named Tina used emojis to express an opinion on the matter.

So Aaron Rodgers DID gets an invitation to his brother’s wedding but doesn’t go… 🤔🙊

Another user said that he wished he knew what the problem was between Aaron and Jordan, and that missing the wedding when invited was huge.

@BSO I really wish I knew what beef is, because to miss your brother’s wedding, especially after they invite you, is huge.

Aaron Rodgers and Packers enter a season of change in 2022

Aaron Rodgers is going to do something he hasn’t done since 2014 and that is to go into an NFL season without superstar receiver Davante Adams. The recipient was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders during the off-season.

After another season in which the Packers were NFC’s number one seed and had the home field advantage for the NFC Championship match, they lost.

Now without Adams, many would not have the Packers in conversation about potential Super Bowl winners. But with a full-back like Rodgers, they always have a chance.

Won’t Adams impact the Packers’ offense as many think? We will wait to know the answer.
