Nick Cannon compares relationship with Mariah Carey to that of Trump and Putin
Nick Cannon has compared his relationship with Mariah Carey to former President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.
“Imagine if Trump and Putin had to live in the same house. It wasn’t even about her and me – we were always good. It was more about understanding that instead of focusing on our relationship and what I want or what you want, we should just do what’s best for the kids,” he told the Los Angeles Times.
In a separate interview with Hollywood Unlocked, Cannon also opened up about Jessica White’s miscarriage and some of the backlash she was receiving online.
“I take full responsibility. I want her to tell her true and honest story at all times,” he said. “These women will tell their story when their time comes and when they are ready. I want that. I never want to speak for any of them because I know they can speak for themselves. Even in times of pain, even in times of darkness, I lean on her.”
