Nick Cannon’s convinced BABYS-MOTHER-Bre… After having my tenth child, I don’t have to pay child support anymore!

Bre Tiesi, the mother of Nick Cannon’s baby, recently became a real estate agent and joined the cast of hit Netflix reality series Selling Sunset. And during the show, she dropped a sweet comment about Nick’s child support responsibilities.

Tiesi, 32, and Cannon, 42, gave birth to son Legendary in July 2022, and the mother began filming the show’s sixth season just weeks after the birth. It was Nick’s 11th child.
And the number 11 is pretty important, according to Bre.
In the seventh episode, co-star Amanza Smith asks Tiesi if it’s true that someone doesn’t have to pay child support after having ten children.
“That’s right,” Tiesi replies while the two drink cocktails on a picturesque roof terrace. “It works like after 10 years the court can basically say he can’t afford to pay child support. Or because he is who he is, they might say, “We know you can afford X amount for every household.”

“That probably explains a lot,” Amanza replies in a confessional interview. “I would continue too.”
Cannon is a father to 12 children, including Legendary, and Tiesi is quick to point out that she doesn’t rely on the comedian to fund her own life – or that of her child. “I take care of myself,” she replies. “If my son needs something, or we do it, I ask, that’s all I have to do. I know he’s a good dad and Nick isn’t my sugar daddy, Nick isn’t the reason I’m where I am.”
“I definitely strive to be the best at everything, to the point where I drive myself insane, but I’ve worked my ass off to get to where I am now,” she adds added to a confessional interview. “I did it all myself and of course my son is an even greater motivation. I want to give him all of me. Not from my partner.”
Of course, what Bre said is NOT true. Under US law, men are responsible for paying child support for each child.
