NPR’s podcast catalog comes to YouTube
Google is working with National Public Radio to bring the . On Thursday showing more than 20 NPR, including Get up first and conduction, are now available on the platform. NPR is no stranger to YouTube. It has been a hit on the platform for a number of years and has recently garnered almost 900,000 views and counting.
The addition of NPR podcasts comes as YouTube recently added one. Although it’s only available to some people, the section highlights popular channels, episodes, and playlists, as well as categories and recommended shows. While it doesn’t explicitly market itself as a podcast platform, both the site and the new partnership with NPR show that YouTube takes the medium seriously.
