Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. wears Louis Vuitton cleats and an Apple Watch

The No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes made a bold fashion statement against the Wisconsin Badgers by wearing their all-black uniforms for the fourth time since 2015.

But sophomore wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. still decided to do it a little better.

Harrison Jr. is the namesake of former Indianapolis Colts star and Pro Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison. The younger Harrison added accessories to the Buckeyes’ blackout gear: black-and-white Louis Vuitton cleats and an Apple Watch.

The event commemorates Odell Beckham Jr., who took to the habit of wearing watches to games during his time with the Cleveland Browns. This even led to a partnership with the Swedish watch manufacturer Daniel Wellington. Beckham Jr. also wore Louis Vuitton shoes in another instance.

Buckeyes legend Cris Carter threw accessories at Harrison Jr. and seemingly felt like he missed out on that Ohio State football era.

“I was born [too] early, @OhioStateFB wears watches, @LouisVuitton cleats and throws the football,” Carter wrote on Twitter.

Harrison Jr.’s flashy shoes also caught the eye of Ohio State supporter and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James.
