Omarion Accuses Mario’s Team Of Sabotaging His Sound At Verzuz

Omarion lost the Verzuz to Mario and now, weeks later, he’s accusing Mario’s team of sabotaging his sound on stage.

“In the beginning, Mario’s people represented the sound. So, you know, there might have been some level of sabotage there,” Omarion said.

Mario heard Omarion’s remarks and shot back, “That man, man! How can someone sabotage you? [vocal] Chords brother?!” He continued to rant, adding: “Stop smoking bruv! This is the family! Some artists can’t! You’re not one of them.”

In an Instagram post, Omarion posted that he doesn’t mind all the drama while promoting an upcoming B2K documentary.

“Hey [world]. For too long I have felt misunderstood and manipulated by the games, especially when the accountability of others has become obsolete,” he began.

“I own my parts in the story – but you? Respect is what I give to everyone and it’s what I earn in return. Being private doesn’t mean ignoring your emotions or your feelings. Being undisturbed means you don’t give anyone your power & YOU decide how to react instead of reacting. Responding to everything is a disadvantage because it’s thoughtless and doesn’t serve you. Standing up for yourself in challenging times is important to stay centered and keep your peace. OMEGA (which stands for the last) adds “the gift and the curse” and serves as a glimpse into this incredible journey of ups and downs. Stay tapped and see how deep it goes.”
