Canadian police have located missing former Overwatch content creator Justin “Jayne” Conroy and have confirmed he is safe.

According to Airdrie RCMP, Jayne was reported missing on June 22 after leaving his residence in the Cooper’s Crossing neighborhood two days earlier.

Fortunately, CTV News in Calgary reported that police found Jayne on June 24 and he is currently safe.

As an Overwatch content creator, Jayne first appeared with his educational gameplay and coaching series, where he helped players level up by evaluating their gameplay.

He then was an assistant coach for Dallas Fuel before moving on to being a content creator for Envy and eventually quitting streaming altogether.

News of Jayne’s safety reached Overwatch fans, who took to Reddit to express their relief that he was safe. As one comment said: “[t]That’s good to hear, I honestly feared the worst. I hope he gets support with everything he is dealing with and can recover!”

Many big names and fan bases in the gaming and streaming communities, including those outside of the Overwatch scene, are breaking the news of Jayne’s disappearance on social media in support of the goal of finding him safe and healthy.
