Paige teases a possible in-ring return

Former WWE Superstar Paige has revealed the possibility of returning in the ring on social networks.

The former WWE Divas champion tweeted today that “imagine a comeback.” This is in response to a tweet given by a user indicating that out of the 50 most liked posts on WWE Instagram, four are about her and one is a photo of her childhood Absolution team there, with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville in it. .

The British star hasn’t been on WWE TV for over two years now. The last time she appeared regularly on TV was in late 2019 managing the Kabuki Warriors before the team cast her. Prior to that, she was the General Manager of SmackDown during 2018-19.

The first-time NXT Women’s Champion withdrew from the live competition on Monday Night RAW’s April 9, 2018. This was due to a neck injury she sustained after a kick from Sasha. Banks at a home show in December 2017.

Many fans have been calling her back to wrestling for years. This is especially so after superstars like Daniel Bryan (now Bryan Danielson) and Edge, who were sidelined with neck injuries, have made comebacks in recent years.

Paige wants to manage Ronda Rousey

Paige has recently shown an interest in managing SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.

WWE released a tweet last week, asking its followers to suggest future challengers for Rousey’s title. The British star responded to that tweet by writing, “Maybe management?”

As stated earlier, the 29-year-old already has management experience as she did it for Asuka and Kairi Sane’s team – the Kabuki Warriors. It’s important to note here that Brit’s WWE contract expires in June. There are no rumors of a contract extension and she is currently thriving on Twitch.
