TIKTOK fans are furious as a mum shares the terrifying discovery she made while trying to find the TV remote after falling on the back of her sofa.

Kacie, known online as @kacieandco, regularly shares parenting tips with her 3,390 followers.

But in a new video, the mother-of-six tells what happened when she “dissected” the back of her sofa.

Instead of the remote control, Kacie instead encountered 13 years of snacks, toys and trash that had fallen between the pillows.

During the 23-second video, Kacie can be seen slicing open the underside of the backrest of her three-seater sofa.

When she pulls the material apart, a huge stash of food wrappers, phone chargers and children’s toys is hidden inside.

In the background, her partner can be heard saying, “Oh my god, what is… that’s disgusting!”

She captioned the video, “When you go hunting for the remote control and end up performing emergency surgery on your sofa… only to find the most terrifying abyss, which is 13 years of parenting.”

She added: “#sendhelp #kidsaregross #luckytheyrecute.”

In another video, Kacie lists what she found. She said: “What was on the couch you ask?

“Golden, so many goldfish. fruit snacks.

“Hair ties, there they go. A pair of bras.

“Some toddler clothes, I don’t have any more toddlers.

“What else? Two remotes.

“Superman. In case you’re wondering, that’s where he was all along. Lots of other characters.

“Hot Wheels cars. Barbie shoes, small but nice.

“A bunch of kid stuff.”

Her discovery garnered a lot of attention online, garnering more than 383,000 likes and 3.8 million views.

In the comments, Kacie’s followers shared their reactions, with one writing, “It’s like a time capsule.”

Another said: “Wait, do a couch tow! What’s in there???”
