It was the easiest of all hacks that could be performed in just a few seconds.

Meg (@fitwithmeg) is an athlete.

She rocks the gym and her TikTok is filled with her strength training sessions and meal plans.

This super fit lady has over 73,000 followers and another whopping 1.5 million likes.

She should know a thing or two about gym clothes, and that’s what it said here post.

Meg appeared on screen in light gray mid-thigh shorts.

“Buy the longer gym shorts so you can do the shorts trick,” she wrote.

She then explained why the effort was worth it: “Giving yourself the craziest BBL.”

“Girl fitness hacks,” she continued.

She got to work and with a few adjustments, the longer shorts became a pair that revealed a perfect butt

The interest in her video was great with over 13,000 likes.
