An X user (@todayyearsoldig) shared the video they accidentally stumbled upon showing viewers how to wrap gifts without duct tape.

“What is this magic?” they asked in complete disbelief.

A woman placed a book diagonally on wrapping paper, making sure to trim the paper so it was just the right size and had a full fold over the book.

Next, she wrapped two sides of the paper over the book, making sure to tuck in the corners of the wrapping paper to create a seamless corner.

“It always looks so easy,” laughed one viewer.

“I can’t even wrap with duct tape,” joked another.

Others were inspired to try the trick themselves: “Now I’m excited to get some wrapping paper and see if that’s really true,” said a third.
