People say my little girl’s name ‘sounds like the joke name a mom would make up’ when she forgets what a star is called

A MOTHER has given her baby a name that sounds more like a misnomer of a celebrity than a real person.

The unusual nickname is compared to a joke a mother would make when she forgot her name.

A Redditor using the username liltrashfaerie shared the label to the social media platform.

“The core page of this tiny house is shrinking more and more by the second,” the post reads.

“Cottage core” refers to a social media trend that celebrates the rural lifestyle as an aesthetic.

“Gender Disclosure,” the text reads. “We’re having a baby girl.”

The original posted included the baby girl’s name, which is not often heard.

“Fae Fawn Dearman-Person,” the mother revealed.

The post also includes custom clothing images for Fae Fawn.

The post drew multiple comments from other Redditors, who shared their thoughts in the comments section.

“Fawn Fae Dearman-Person sounds like a joke name a mom would make up when she doesn’t know a celebrity’s name,” one person wrote.

“I’m sorry but Fawn Dearman-Person sounds like a character from Bojack Horseman,” another added.

“How did the poor kid get away with being pushed into that hyphenated mess by Bambi or Faline?” a third person commented.

“Fawn is not the worst name and neither is Fae, but they and the nature theme make me question the motive behind those names,” another wrote.

“I’m sorry, but I love Fawn without the other crazy names.

“You need a simpler, non-natural middle name like Elizabeth, Marie, Nicole, etc. However, if you’re going to use such a name,” another said.
