Philadelphia Fatal Crash: 1 killed, 1 injured on Frankford Avenue in Mayfair

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — One man was killed and another seriously injured in an accident in the Mayfair neighborhood of Philadelphia.
It happened just before 5 a.m. Tuesday at the 6000 block of Frankford Avenue between Unruh Avenue and Rowland Avenue.
Action cam at the scene showed a badly damaged vehicle on the sidewalk.
