The Philadelphia Fire Department rescues a dog from a house fire in Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A fire broke out on the second floor of a two-story house in the Kensington area of ​​Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to the 3700 block of Dungan Street just before 4:30 p.m

Despite the cold temperatures, firefighters worked to bring the fire under control.

So far there have been no reports of injuries.

And the fire brigade was able to save a dog from the fire.
