Philadelphia Police investigating fatal shooting in Frankford section of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Frankford Borough.
The shooting happened just after 4:30 a.m. Sunday at Block 4700 of Oxford Avenue.
A 32-year-old man was shot in the chest, police said.
The victim was taken to Temple Hospital by SEPTA police, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say they have one person of interest in custody and a weapon has been recovered.
