Philadelphia Police Officer struck by vehicle in Center City
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A Philadelphia police officer is recovering after being hit by an SUV in Center City.
The officer was hit while riding a bicycle on 5th Street and Lombard Street just after 2 a.m. Saturday, investigators said.
The officer was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the SUV stayed at the scene.
