Philadelphia police release surveillance video of Logan homicide

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police have released new surveillance video in hopes of solving one of the city’s more than 300 murders.

Cameras show a man wanted for questioning June 29 near the 1300 block of Windrim Avenue in the city’s Logan neighborhood.

They see him pacing while holding a large holdall and a phone.

A few minutes later, this man is seen running from across the street with a gun in his hand.

According to investigators, the victim is a 33-year-old man.
