Philadelphia police search for two suspects who assaulted, robbed man on 12th Street and Girard Avenue

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Philadelphia police are looking for two suspects they say robbed and beaten unconscious a man on March 12.

Officials say the victim, a 62-year-old man, was walking around 12th Street and Girard Avenue in North Philadelphia around 10 p.m

The perpetrators approached the victim and hit him on the head. The man landed against a wall, hit his head and lost consciousness

Police say they stole the man’s money and cell phone before he left.

The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition. There is no update on his condition.
