Photos: Latest storm brings blanket of snow to Grapevine

The atmospheric river storms that hit Southern California earlier this month didn’t leave much snow along the Grapevine

The last storm on Monday changed all that.

With snow forecast at elevations of up to 2,500 feet, the storm brought wintry driving conditions to the Grapevine early Monday, and the California Highway Patrol was Escort traffic through the Tejon Pass before conditions improved.

Meteorologists warned commuters to drive cautiously on mountain roads, including Freeway 5 near Tejon Pass, Freeway 14 near Acton and Highway 33 north of Ojai.
