Popular NY Drill Rapper Tattoos THE WHITE OF HIS EYES Black…Looks like a DEMON!!

There could be a new trend in New York hip-hop – and it’s pretty bizarre. One of NYC’s most popular up-and-coming rappers has decided to get a new tattoo – on his eyes.

Media grabs confirmed that 22Gz, whose hit song Suburban has racked up 22 million YouTube views, has the whites of his eyes tattooed BLACK. Check out the new look.

Eye tattoos are a very dangerous body modification, Media Take Out’s research has revealed.

The process was developed about 10 years ago by body modification expert Luna Cobra and the late Shannon Larratt, who founded BME, the first comprehensive body modification e-zine. In a recent interview with Allure magazine, Luna told the magazine that he initially performed it “a few different ways.”

“One method worked best, so I spent the next two years refining it,” says Cobra, who has certainly tattooed hundreds of eyeballs.

But it is dangerous;

Once another substance is injected into the layers of the eye, it can lead to chronic inflammation of the wall of the eye, says Kendall E. Donaldson, associate professor of ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

That’s not the worst, adds New York City-based eye doctor Ilyse Haberman. “If the ink isn’t injected in the right place, the needle can puncture the eye and the ink can be injected into the eyeball itself,” she explains. “This can lead to retinal detachment, infection and permanent damage to the cells in the eye that allow you to see.”
