Pornhub traffic plummets during huge tech launch as naughty users turn their back on the site for major announcement

IF there’s one thing Pornhub viewers can avert their eyes from, it’s the brand new technology.
According to new figures from the X-rated site, viewership fell significantly during the unveiling of a long-awaited product: the iPhone 15.
The website tracks its visitor numbers at all times.
The figures showed that at the start of Apple’s new product event, which took place on September 12, Pornhub traffic among Apple device users fell by 7.9 percent.
According to PornHub, which shared the numbers with Mashable, traffic for non-Apple devices, including competing Android users, fell by around four percent.

Interestingly, the viewership figures reveal exactly what products this group of naughty viewers wanted to see.
According to Pornhub, the Apple Watch seemed to stand out.
Both Apple and non-Apple viewers were largely interested in the Apple Watch announcements.
During this portion of the event, page views fell 11.6 percent for iOS users and nearly six percent for non-iOS users.
Most read in “Phones and Gadgets.”
When Apple introduced the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, Pornhub also saw a decline in viewership.
Page views fell 11.4 percent during the official announcement.
However, Android users were unsurprisingly interested in iPhone news.
Less than four percent left Pornhub to take a look at the new Apple smartphone.
