Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s ‘plans for another Netflix series’ revealed by insider – and it’ll be ‘heavily scripted’

HARRY and Meghan are understood to be planning more Netflix series – but not about themselves this time.

The Sussexes plan to make “funny” films that will include romcoms, feel-good and light-hearted programs, an insider claimed.

All will have a “heavy focus on scripted fictional content,” a source told The Daily Telegraph.

A pal of the California-based duo added, “They’re fed up with being in the spotlight for now.”

The couple will become executive producers of the shows as they continue their multi-year £88million Netflix deal.

Harry previously revealed he used to watch hit US sitcom Friends, and Meghan said she’s seen the romantic film When Harry Met Sally “a million times.”

It’s not known when the couple’s new “fun” content will air or what it will be.

But Heart of Invictus, a series that follows competitors as they prepare for Harry’s Invictus Games, is coming to Netflix this summer.

A tumultuous year follows for the couple, who witnessed the release of their explosive Harry and Meghan docuseries.

The Sussexes launched relentless volleys against the royal family in six partners, blasting the “hierarchy” and accusing them of mistreating women.

They even passed off footage of Katie Price as proof the pair were being “hounded” by the media.

And in one scene, Meghan flipped a curtsey to poke fun at the royals – likening their traditions to a seedy medieval chain restaurant in the US.

Describing meeting the Queen, she bends absurdly low as Harry looks on.

The documentary was the first Netflix hit for the couple after Meghan’s Pearl animated series, which she was working on with David Furnish, was canceled last May.

Then, on January 10, Harry published the memoir Spare and became one of the best-selling books of all time.

The bombshell revelations included Harry’s virginity story and boasting that he gunned down 25 Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.

Meghan has also released several episodes of her Spotify podcast Archetypes.

Guests for the ten episodes included tennis legend Serena Williams and Canada’s First Lady Sophie Trudeau.
