Touching. Prince Harry paid a heartfelt tribute to Queen Elizabeth and the moment Lilibet and Archie met their royal great-grandmother. The Archewell co-founder publicly announced his grandmother’s death on September 12, 2022, in memory of her legacy.

In his statement on the Archewell website, Prince Harry recalled all the fond memories he had with his grandmother while she was alive. “Madam, while this last parting brings us great sadness, I am forever grateful for all of our first encounters – from my earliest childhood memories with you. , to meeting her for the first time as my commander-in-chief, to the moment she first met. my beloved wife and hug your beloved great-grandson. I cherish the times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between. You were greatly missed, not only by us, but by the whole world. And like our first encounters, we now honor my father in his new role as King Charles III. He also mentioned how she and her husband Prince Philip were reunited.

Queen Elizabeth met Meghan and Harry’s first child, Archie, 3, before they left for Montecito, California following their resignation from their royal duties. Lilibet Diana was born in California in June 2021. Queen Elizabeth did not see her granddaughter until she enjoyed a Platinum Year in June 2022 when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the UK to Celebrating 70 years of the Queen’s service. According to The Sun on June 7, 2022, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have been refused to photograph the Queen’s long-awaited meeting and her name. “Harry and Meghan wanted their photographer to capture the moment Lilibet met the Queen. According to The Royal Observer, the late monarch met baby Lilibet via Zoom shortly after she was born. “Meghan is currently resting at home and she and Harry introduced the Queen to her niece via Zoom,” an insider told the site in June 2021, adding at the time, “Tell Since the couple moved to LA, the Queen has become very familiar with Zoom.She talks to Harry, Meghan and Archie through technology, and now she is using it to meet her niece.
