Wish list

Sony constantly lists discounted games on its PlayStation Store.

Sometimes you’ll even find that blockbuster games have received a price cut.

The problem is that if you don’t keep checking, you’ll almost certainly miss out on some great deals.

Luckily, your PlayStation has a built-in wish list.

It’s a familiar concept if you’re a PC gamer using Steam.

All you have to do is add a game to your wishlist and you’ll be notified when it’s discounted.

This means you save Money At the games You want the most.

And if you create a huge wishlist, you might never pay full price for a game again.

Simply navigate to a game in PlayStation Store and select the heart icon to add a game to your wishlist.

Register offline

Sometimes you just want to play in peace.

Appearing offline is a great option, but it’s not foolproof.

This is because your friends may start spying on you when you sign up before you change your status.

Luckily, there’s a way to log in offline so you don’t give away what you’re up to.

Start your PS5 as usual and then press the menu button in your profile.

A hidden radio button appears. Scroll down and select “View offline.”

Now you can log in silently and play in peace.

Mega silent

The LED bar under the PS button on your DualSense controller is more powerful than you think.

Tapping it once will mute the microphone built into your controller.

This microphone is on by default, so it’s a good idea to mute it.

You can recognize that the muting is on when the LED bar lights up orange.

However, a lesser known trick is what happens when you hold down the button.

I wear plus size and found the perfect evening dress for fall, it's so lush

If you press and hold the button for two seconds, you can quickly mute your entire PS5 system.

This is a neat trick that isn’t immediately obvious.
