Pusha T, who was once president of Kanye West’s GOOD Music record label, says he and Ye no longer speak and that he is no longer part of the label.
“He’s not talking to me now,” Push told XXL. “If you’re not there, you’re not down. And I’m not in. I won’t go into that. I am not there. I heard about this new stuff [on InfoWars]. I do not know. It’s something that somehow tells me at the same time that he’s not okay. I will say that. It will go places where there is no way to move around it.”
Pusha was also asked when he last spoke to Ye:
“I was still on tour. I was just expressing myself. I express myself to him a lot. He expressed his thoughts to me. And he hung up and said, “Thank you. I know you don’t agree with me, but you never kill me in public. And some people can’t wait to do that,” he said.
“We started working together in 2010, so my relationship with him on the filter has never been like everyone else’s. I never had a filter on him. I have always spoken my mind. People need to remember too. It’s not new to me when it comes to opposing him politically and things like that.”
