Rapper Trouble KILLED Over A Woman . . . Shooter May Get Off Using The ‘CASTLE DOCTRINE’ As A Defense!!

Yesterday, the hip-hop world lost another of its brightest young stars. Rapper Trouble was shot dead while visiting a friend in Atlanta, Media Take Out has learned.

But Trouble’s alleged killer can’t serve at any time. Media Take Out has learned that the “Castle Doctrine,” an obscure theory, could allow his killer to walk free.

Here’s what we know so far. Police believe both the killer and Trouble had a romantic relationship with the same woman. There’s more According to speculation, the shooter and the woman actually lived together.

This second part is extremely important. Because Media Take Out has confirmed that Trouble was shot while in the woman’s apartment.

Here’s an Atlanta police officer explaining what she knows about the murder:

Media Take Out learned that under the “lock” doctrine in Georgia A man who gets into a fight in his home may use force—even deadly force—on the other person who refuses to leave.

As the old saying goes, “A man’s home is his castle.” If that castle is under siege, the king has the right to protect it. Translated into modern language, Castle Doctrine states that people can defend their homes or other property with reasonable force. The stand-your-ground law also applies here. Using force to protect your home doesn’t have to require you to leave it.

It is not necessary to assume that you are in danger of death or serious bodily harm, as with self-defence law. If you believe that threats or force are necessary to prevent unlawful entry or remove an intruder from your home, Castle Doctrine applies. You may also use reasonable force to defend property in your possession or the property of a family member or someone you have a legal duty to protect.

The shooter, identified by police as Jamichael Jones. Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant for him, Media Take Out has learned.

So under the Castle Doctrine, Media Take Out has learned that if Jamichael comes home and gets into trouble with the woman he lives with, he can ask Trouble to leave – and if Trouble refuses, he can shoot him.

Police told the media that “the problem was visiting a friend at the complex and Jamichael and the woman had a domestic situation.”

The woman was identified on social media. However, Media Take Out considers her a victim and decides not to publish her name or photos.
