Summer Walker underwent another plastic surgery – this time on his face. Media Take Out confirmed that Summer went to the plastic surgeon’s office last month and had her face surgically dimpled.

Many fans of the beautiful singer are worried about her. They claim that Summer, whom Media Take Out hears about, has already had multiple BBLs, a couple of tummy tucks, and a couple of breast augmentation surgeries — may be self-destructive.
