CORONATION Street sweethearts Sally Carman and Joe Duttine have headed south for a romantic, sunny getaway.
The real-life couple left Manchester this week for a getaway to hot and sunny London.

Sally and her husband Joe enjoyed dining al fresco and checking out London’s landmarks, including Trafalgar Square, on their trip – and fans couldn’t get enough.
Taking to Instagram, Sally shared a selection of photos from her little holiday and told her followers: “Had a lovely few days in London with this handsome guy 💛 A big thank you to the sun for being there ☀️.”
In response, one fan gushed: “Beautiful photos, my two favorites on Corrie xx.”
Another added: “Love you guys, absolute legends!”
And someone else wrote: “You’re both great in Corrie, funny and real x.”
Sally and Joe’s Corrie co-stars have also expressed their joy at seeing their pictures.
Julie Goulding, who plays Shona Platt in the ITV1 soap, posted both a fire and red heart emoji.
Meanwhile, Brooke Vincent, known for her role as Sophie Webster, added: “😍❤️.”
Sally and Joe finally became the latest to tie the knot after having to put their wedding on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The couple, who play Abi Franklin and Tim Metcalfe in Corrie, married at St Philip’s Church in Salford before jetting off to Lake Garda for a romantic honeymoon.
They were first pictured holding hands together in August 2018, with The Sun confirming they got on well and went on a number of secret dates while filming Coronation Street.
But although they are very fond of each other off set, Sally previously joked that she “hates” sharing scenes with Joe on Corrie.
She said in an interview: “He’s a lousy man to work with because he makes me laugh so much that I feel like I’m sweating because I can’t hold myself together anymore.”
“It is painful. I’ll grit my teeth and say, ‘Stop!’, and he’ll say, ‘I’m not doing anything.’ If I never have a scene with him again, that’s fine.” That!”
