The production, directed by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, is catching up fast Super Mario Bros. World record with worldwide revenue of $1.35 billion. Barbie is currently at 1.3 billion US dollars.

With the tremendous success of the franchise, so has interest in the numerous animated series and films set in the universe. Here’s everything we know about the new series ahead of its release!

Get ready for the fall premiere of the new animated series! Barbie: A touch of magic will start streaming Thursday September 14, 2023, on Netflix in the US. In the UK, the show can be seen on Pop; SuperRTL in Germany; Cartoonito & Boing in Italy; and Minimax in Eastern Europe.

How many episodes are there in Barbie: A Touch of Magic?

Barbie: A touch of magic There will be 13 episodes in total. The running time is 22 minutes each. Most likely, all 13 will be available to stream on premiere day.

Synopsis for Barbie: A Touch of Magic

Get ready to see the title character in two forms, with a little magic! We will see how Barbie Roberts from Malibu and Barbie Roberts from Brooklyn work together and embark on an adventure. While the two “enjoy life on the beach,” they find a “mysterious baby horse,” according to the synopsis. The duo soon discover that the little horse is Peggy, a baby Pegasus sent to the city of Florida “on a mysterious mission.”

The Barbies will join forces with their friends and family to protect Peggy from Rocki, a magical creature with a “mystical agenda.” Will they be able to protect the little horse? During their adventure, the two barbies will also make new friends and discover that their world is full of magic and fantasy.

Unfortunately the new one Barbie Starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the film, which was a smash hit, won’t stream on Netflix. As of August 24, 2023, the film will continue to run in cinemas only. However, it should start streaming on Max in autumn 2023.
