Rhea Ripley Went On Romantic Date With WWE Star

In a recent time Interview with Wrestling with RosenbergWWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley shared her experience of dating on Valentine’s Day with her on-screen partner and co-star, Dominik Mysterio.

To provide some context, last September, Dominik turned his back and attacked his father, Rey Mysterio, and Edge during the Clash at the Castle event. He then joined The Judgment Day and began an on-screen romance with his teammate, Rhea Ripley.

Fast forward to February of this year, the on-screen WWE couple decided to date on Valentine’s Day. However, things didn’t go as planned when Dominik’s parents, Rey and his wife, showed up and sat down at their table. Although Dominik and Ripley tried to kick them out, things took a turn for the worse when “Prison Dom” left the restaurant after several policemen entered, leaving Ripley to pay the bill.

Reflecting on the hilarious and chaotic experience, Ripley shared that it was fun to cause mayhem with the Mysterio family. She also revealed that she and Dominik were right to kick Rey and his wife off their table, since they booked for a first date on Valentine’s Day.

Despite the movie, Ripley couldn’t help but find Dominik’s request for fried chicken at a posh restaurant amusing.

“Yeah, that was pretty funny. It’s fun to cause such a mess with the Mysterio family. At the end of the day, it was like Rey stole our table. We did [in the right]. Yes, Dom put it under the name Mysterio but at the end of the day Rey called and said, ‘yes, we’re on our way’ and he took our table,” she said.

“So of course we’ll kick him out. Like, that’s just what happened, like, ‘move it, it’s Valentine’s Day. This was our first Valentine’s day and we wanted to eat here. This is why we put it here.’ But he made me chuckle a little when he wanted to eat fried chicken at a fancy restaurant. [He’s a simple man. No one said he’s a complicated man.] He is definitely not. How wonderful.”
