“However, you can’t do it, you need help.”

Chloe explained how followers can achieve similar results: “Progressive overload is key, can be done through weights, sets or reps.”

“You don’t need to change your training plan unless you’re not seeing what you physically want to see.”

The trainer’s training accompaniment is creatine, whey, vitamin D and Omega 3.

Chloe and husband James Haskell, 38, welcomed their first child last August.

The doting mother recently told her fans how her little girl suffered a few serious falls that left her feeling “mom guilt.”

She said: “She fell a million times in two days, but those two were very special and I feel bad about them.”

“Some of these messages were pretty eye-opening!!

“I’m really interested in this and I’m going to share some of the answers because I think it’s a calming exercise for mothers to share and read about their own experiences and those of others.”
