Rubi Rose has been spotted wearing the ‘Pretty Girls Love Luh Tyler’ t-shirt – and now people on social media are claiming she’s taking a shot at the 17-year-old rapper. And many of her fans call it a scary thing for her.
Tyler is a popular rapper and songwriter who recently got blown up on TikTok. He quickly rose to fame with the release of his single “Law and Order” in July 2022. Since then, he has amassed millions of followers on Instagram, where he also promotes his music.
A few months ago he released a track called Rubi Rose in which he told the world he loved the beautiful rapper and model.
Florida rapper Luh Tyler started making music last summer, and his songs are breezy renditions of Florida street rap, sometimes recorded right into his phone. The themes: smoking weed, talking to girls and trying to make some money so he can continue the first two.
The teenager describes Tallahassee as a small town with a culture largely intertwined with nearby colleges like Florida State and FAMU. Regional references to Seminoles and golden smiles dominate his tracks, and even if he doesn’t explicitly say where he’s from, it’s in the air. His collaborative track with Pompano Beach’s Loe Shimmy, “A Day in the Noya,” is a look at the Sunshine State through her eyes: the tempo is leisurely, the beat shimmers, frustrations are shaken off.
